• CME registration is mandatory to attend any workshop.
• Limited seats available for workshop and will be decided on first come first serve basis.
• For online registrations 2.36% of the total amount will be added as bank charges as per RBI guidelines.
• Registration includes conference lunch on both the days, gala banquet dinner, delegate kit, entry to the trade area and applicable taxes.
• IASSA Members has to register using proper membership number.
• PG Students to upload letter from HOD.
• IASSA Certified trainee fellows to upload completion / joining certificate.

• Accomodation will be given in 3star or similar properties nearest to AIIMS Kalyani
• For twin sharing bookings, limited rooms are available for twin bed which will be allocated on first come first serve basis. Rest will be allocated King beds

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

• 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th April, 2024
• 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 5th June, 2024
• No refund will be made for the requests made after 5th June, 2024
• Registration is not transferable.
• Refunds will be made post conference.
